Outpatient Programs
Nova Way Wellness's outpatient programs offer flexible addiction treatment that allows patients to live at home while attending sessions at our Salinas center. These programs provide intensive therapeutic support while enabling you to maintain work, school, and family responsibilities.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
PHP at Nova Way Wellness runs for 2-4 weeks with sessions 5-6 days per week, approximately 6 hours daily. This program provides a structured treatment experience similar to residential care but allows patients to return home in the evenings. PHP is often used as a step-down from residential treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP runs for 8-12 weeks, meeting 3-5 days per week for 3+ hours per session. This program is designed for individuals who need a high level of therapeutic support but have a stable living situation and can manage daily responsibilities between sessions.
Standard Outpatient
Ongoing outpatient care includes 1-2 sessions per week focused on relapse prevention, continued therapy, and alumni support. This level of care supports the transition back to independent living after completing a higher level of care at our facility.
